Building and Land Use
The Building Department administers the permitting of residential and commercial construction in conformance with national, state, and local building and zoning codes. The department strives to improve public safety by ensuring that new construction adheres to existing building codes.

We are pleased to announce that the Town of Beacon Falls Building Department is now accepting online appointment requests for inspections. To schedule an appointment, please use the Calendly appointment maker found at the link below.
ONLINE APPOINTMENT REQUEST
Inspections are available Monday-Thursday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We ask that contractors be available for the entire appointment window.
Once the appointment request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Please note that changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience or fees.
