February is American Heart Month

Friday, February 3rd is National Wear Red Day! We encourage you to wear red to show your support for the awareness of heart health and tag #ValleyGoesRed on social media!
We will continue to post information and resources throughout the month on our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) as well as www.nvhd.org/ahm23.
COVID-19 boosters will be available at the blood pressure screening clinics. Both services are free, but we recommend bringing your insurance card if you choose to get a vaccine.
