Town of Beacon Falls Water Pollution Control Authority

March 26, 2020

The Water Pollution Control Authority of the Town of Beacon Falls, Connecticut, will hold a Public Hearing in the Assembly Room of the Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, in Beacon Falls, Connecticut, on Thursday, March 26, 2020, at 7:30 PM to consider the following:          

  1. To hold a public hearing to consider the advisability of upgrades to the Town’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, and related work, improvements, equipment and appurtenances.
  2. To hold a public hearing to consider the advisability of repair or replacement of sanitary sewer lines in conjunction with the Town’s proposed 2020 Road and Related Storm Water Drainage and Sanitary Sewer Improvements Program.
  3. To consider and act upon a resolution recommending that the Town undertake upgrades to the town’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, and related work, improvements, equipment and appurtenances.
  4. To consider and act upon a resolution recommending that the Town undertake repair or replacement of sanitary sewer lines in conjunction with the Town’s proposed 2020 Road and Related Storm Water Drainage and Sanitary Sewer Improvements Program.

Affected property owners and voters of the Town of Beacon Falls, Connecticut will be heard at the Public Hearing concerning the proposed projects.
