35-37 WOLFE AVENUE ABATEMENT, SELECTIVE DEMOLITION, RECLAMATION, REMEDIATION AND DEBRIS REMOVAL

The Town of Beacon Falls is seeking statement of qualifications and proposals/bids from qualified contractors to abate all hazardous materials (lead, asbestos, and PCBs) and remove burned debris at 35-37 Wolfe Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403. A respondent must have demonstrated experience in providing such service and adhere to standards and requirements typical for such service. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 4 p.m. The full RFQ/RFP/ITB (with project specifications) must be accessed through the Town’s Bonfire Procurement Portal here: https://tobfct.bonfirehub.com/portal and read by all respondents prior to submission. The Bonfire portal can also be accessed on the Town of Beacon Falls’ website at http://www.beaconfalls-ct.org/. This RFQ/RFP/ITB is also advertised at www.das.ct.gov. All questions regarding the specifications may be directed, in writing only, within the Bonfire portal by Friday, June 19, 2020 at 4 p.m. Respondents are responsible for ensuring delivery within the Town’s Bonfire portal. Late submittals will be rejected. E-mailed, faxed or in-person delivered bids will be rejected. Submission deadline: Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 4 p.m. Each respondent shall honor their proposal for (90) business days from the date of proposal opening, without modification. Upon award of the RFQ/RFP/ITB, the winning respondent shall be bound by the proposal price throughout the contract period.
