Please be advised that the Town of Beacon Falls Board of Selectmen will hold a Special Town Meeting on
Monday, April 12, 2021 regarding the Pent Road Playscape and the Pent Road Court Renovations. The Special
Town Meeting will be held at the Beacon Falls Senior Center located at 57 North Main Street, Beacon Falls, CT
06403.
Shall the Town of Beacon Falls:
1. Transfer from the Parks & Recreation 2020-2021 Operating Budget - $23,500 from Parks
& Rec Director line 10.90.71.1010, $13,000 from Seasonal Workers 10.90.71.1019 and
$6,500 from Field Reconstruction for a total of $43,000 to Non-Recurring Capital Projects
Fund for the new Playscape.
2. Appropriate $60,190.54 from Undesignated Fund Balance to Non-Recurring Capital
Projects Fund for Pent Road Court Renovations.
3. Appropriate an additional $142,039.46 from LOCIP funds for a total LOCIP allocation of
$222,039.46 for Pent Road Court Renovations.
