Please be advised that the Town of Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing continuation on the application below, originally planned for Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 7:00 pm, is now scheduled for Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
Application PZC-10212021-1-TA (Text Amendment)/Cody and Kristina Muth- a request to amend the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations, Article I by creating Section 8.4.5 -Accessory Residential Poultry and/or Livestock Use Regulations
In response to the evolving COVID 19 pandemic, it has yet to be determined whether the hearing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams or in-person in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403. The final location will be included in the hearing agenda filed with the Town Clerk and posted to the Town website in February.
At this hearing, all persons will have the right to be heard and written communication will be received. The application is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue.
