NOTICE OF DECISION

At the Monthly Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission on December 8, 2021, at 7:30 pm the following actions were taken:

The Commission voted to approve Applications A-2021-326 & SW-2021-027- Tri Tech Americas LLC /David H. Tepeck /Property Owners: June Rydzik & Terrance Murtha -for a proposed multi-acre solar photovoltaic array to be located at 343 Lopus Road in Beacon Falls Connecticut. (Parcel Located at Assessor’s Map 7- Block 2- Lot 13), with conditions.

The files for these applications are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue.
