NOTICE OF DECISION

At the Monthly Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission on April 13, 2022, the following decisions were made:

The Commission voted to approve Wetlands application A-2022-332 Armandino Costa - 3 Coventry Lane, permit to construct two retaining walls and regrade site, with conditions. Application approved with acknowledgement that no public hearing is required. (Parcel located at Assessor’s Map 17- Block 3 – Lot 14)

The Commission voted to direct the Wetlands Enforcement Officer to work with the homeowner on the proposal submitted by Brian Newmark of 5 Wilson Court for the installation of a 12 ft x16 ft storage shed on back northeast corner of his property. (Parcel located at Assessor’s Map 1- Block 9- Lot 13).

The applications and plans are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue.
