NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at the regular monthly meeting held on November 9, 2022, the Town of Beacon Falls Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission took the following actions:

APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

Wetlands Application A-2022-334: Wetlands application for the construction of a driveway at 26 West View Road. Effective Date: Wednesday November 9, 2022.

Storm-Water Application SW-2022-335: Storm-Water application for the construction of a driveway at 26 West View Road. Effective Date: Wednesday November 9, 2022.

The above items were approved with conditions and are on file with the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall 10 Maple Avenue.
