NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting held on September 29, 2022, the Town of Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Application PZC-08182022-1-SP: Application for the resubdivision of 30 Lorraine Drive for the proposed building of five (5) residential lots. Effective Date: Thursday, September 29, 2022.
The above item was approved and is on file with the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall 10 Maple Avenue.
