NOTICE OF DECISION

At the Monthly Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission on August 19, 2021, at 7:30 PM, the following was approved:

PZC-initiated amendment to the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations, amending Article VII by creating Section 78.3 to establish a six- month temporary and limited moratorium on cannabis establishments. Effective August 19, 2021.

The approved amendment is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue
