NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at the regular monthly meeting held on November 17, 2022, the Town of Beacon Falls Planning & Zoning Commission took the following actions:

ADOPTED: Text Amendment Section 8.19 Accessory Dwelling Units. Effective Date: Thursday, December 1, 2022. A copy of the Amended Zoning Regulations are available in the Town Clerk's Office and is attached to this notice.  

APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Subdivision Application PZC-08182022-1-SD 26 West View Road/BF Edge LLC . Effective Date: Thursday, November 18, 2022.

APPROVED: Subdivision Application PZC-11172022-1-SD 339 Rimmon Hill/McGeever Farm. Effective Date: Thursday, November 18, 2022.
