The Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing continuance on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 7:15 PM in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

PZC Initiated Text Amendment to our current zoning regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units to align with the Connecticut State Statutes as amended or to opt-out by statutory requirements by 2/3 vote.  

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the proposed application/site plan is on file for review in the Office of the Town Clerk, Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 during normal business hours.
