Planning & Zoning - Notice of Decision

 June 29, 2021,

At the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission on June 17, 2021, at 7:30 PM, the Commission approved the Commission-sponsored Zoning Text Amendment - amending Article VI of the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations and creating a Section 69.13 to establish a proposed floating Residential Industrial Transitional Zone, to go into effect on July 18, 2021.

The Text Amendment is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue and on the Town of Beacon Falls website on the Planning and Zoning Commission’s page.
