2023 Compost Bin Sale!

The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments is offering composters, rain barrels, and accessories at wholesale rates for residents of the Naugatuck Valley Region!
Deadline for orders is May 11, 2023. Items will be available for pick up only at on May 13, 2023 at the Sears Auto Parking lot, 375 Union Street, Waterbury.
