Fire Marshal

The Beacon Falls Fire Marshal’s Office is operated by the Town but shares resources with Beacon Hose Company No. 1.

The Fire Marshal is responsible for ensuring fire safety codes and protocols are followed by residents, businesses, and buildings in Beacon Falls. The fire marshal conducts inspections, issues open-burning permits, and investigates the causes of fires, among other responsibilities. Please review the Fee Schedule located in the left menu.
