AVAILABILITY OF TOWN OF BEACON FALLS DRAFT 2024 ANNUAL REPORT FOR MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEMS (MS4)

AGENCY: TOWN OF BEACON FALLS

ACTION: Notice of Availability of Draft 2024 MS4 Annual Report

SUMMARY: Land Use Administrator for the Town of Beacon Falls is providing a notice of availability of the Draft 2024 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Report for the Town of Lake George. The development of an Annual Report is a requirement of the MS4 General Permit issued by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) and the Beacon Fall’s Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP).

DATES: The Draft 2024 MS4 Annual Report shall be posted on Thursday February 15th, and will be available for public review until April 1st.
