Bronx Zoo Bus Trip

Information for the Beacon Falls Public Library’s Bronx Zoo Bus Trip (August 20th, Departing Beacon Falls at 8:45AM). The cost includes full admission to exhibits and attractions, bus transportation and driver gratuity. Please read through all of this information prior to registering:

– Prices: Adults- $70, Seniors- $66, Children (Ages 3-12)- $62, Infant/Toddler (Under 3 yrs but still needing own seat)- $35

-All are welcome. You do not need to be a resident of Beacon Falls to join us.

-We will depart Beacon Falls at 8:45AM (Main St. Commuter Lot) , and will leave the Zoo at 4PM. The afternoon is yours to do as you wish, but please be mindful of the time.

-Please reserve your seats ASAP. There are limited seats remaining.

-Use Square or come into the circulation desk to fill out a form- verbal/phone reservations are not accepted.

-Include the cell phone number that you and your group can be contacted at on the day of the trip.

-You may pay for your seats on Square, or at the circulation desk. Your reservation will not be counted until payment is received. If we have not received the minimum number of registrations by June 30th, refunds will be issued (Square and Cash) and checks returned on July 1st.

-Buses must adhere to a scheduled departure and return time. ***Please be present at least 15 minutes before departure and return. The bus cannot wait beyond the planned departure time.***

-Refunds: Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations must be made by written request by the person who made the original reservation and must be received within 20 days before the trip, otherwise the payment will be forwarded to the bus company and Zoo and will not be refundable. If you have a person who will take your place, inform us before the trip or ask us if we have a wait list. If you attempt to cancel within 20 days of the trip, and we cannot fill your seat from a waitlist, you will be responsible for any non-refundable costs due to the bus company or Zoo.

VACCINATION: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required to visit the New York Aquarium or to visit indoor exhibits the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo or Prospect Park Zoo. MASKS: MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR VISIT.
