24-4: "Rehabilitation of Church Street" has been posted in the Town's e-procurement software!

Beacon Falls is seeking bids from qualified respondents for the roadway rehabilitation of Church Street, which includes full-depth reconstruction, paving, installation of new bituminous concrete curbing, driveway aprons, monolithic concrete sidewalks/curbing, guiderail, storm drainage modifications, and new signs and pavement markings. Respondents must have demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to standards/requirements typical for such services. The full ITB, with project specifications, must be read before submission.

  • Optional On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting: April 30, 2024 11:30AM
  • All questions regarding the specifications must be directed within the Bonfire portal by: May 7,2024 at 4PM
  • Bid submission deadline: May 21, 2024 at 4PM

To access the opportunity, you will be required to create a Town of Beacon Falls e-Procurement Bonfire account (if you do not already have one), which is located here: https://tobfct.bonfirehub.com/portal. You can also visit this portal via the town's existing "Bids/RFPs/RFQs/RFIs" button located on the homepage under the Citizen Action Center.

Click on "Log In/Register" in top right-hand corner and then select "New Vendor Registration". There are great help tips and videos available if you have any issues accessing the portal or getting set-up!
