January Vaccine Clinic Schedule - NVHD

NVHD is hosting several vaccination clinics in January. The NVHD clinic parking and entrance is located in the rear of 98 Bank Street, Seymour, CT 06483. Appointments can be made online at bit.ly/ValleyVaccine.
NO COPAY FOR COVID-19 VACCINES REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE STATUS! (Please bring your insurance if you have it)
NO COPAY WITH ACCEPTED INSURANCES FOR INFLUENZA VACCINES!
Eligible residents should bring the proper insurance cards. NVHD accepts the following insurances:
- Aetna
- Anthem Blue Cross/ Blue Shield
- Cigna
- ConnectiCare
- Medicare Part B
- Medicaid
Please be advised that we are not able to accept Medicare Advantage plans, Oxford or United Healthcare for influenza vaccines.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card.
