Please be advised of upcoming construction activities on Beacon Valley Road, scheduled to commence from March 18th to approximately August 3rd, 2024. Dayton Construction Company Inc. and its subcontractors will oversee the following phases:

  • March 18th to April 18th, 2024: Delivery of materials, signs, and equipment; drainage installation.
  • April 18th to June 18th, 2024: Roadway excavation, grading, and paving.
  • June 18th to August 3rd, 2024: Guiderail installation and miscellaneous contract work.

During this period, Beacon Valley Road will remain open to through traffic, with detours in place to expedite the construction schedule and improve overall efficiency. We advise residents and visitors to seek alternate routes if possible. Residents will have access to their homes throughout the construction period, with ingress and egress directions subject to the work area. Emergency vehicles will also have continuous access. The work will take place on weekdays (Monday-Friday), between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm, unless special permission is granted due to weather delays.
