NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at the regular monthly meeting held on February 8, 2023, the Town of Beacon Falls Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission took the following actions:

APPROVED WITH STANDARD CONDITIONS:

Wetlands Application A-2022-336: Wetlands application for the construction of a 2 story 3 family home at 7 Rimmon Hill Road. Effective Date: Wednesday February 8, 2023.

Storm-Water Application SW-2022-335: Storm-Water application for the construction of a 2 story 3 family home at 7 Rimmon Hill Road. Effective Date: Wednesday February 8, 2023.

The above items were approved with conditions and are on file with the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall 10 Maple Avenue.
