TOWN OF BEACON FALLS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE prohibiting the smoking of tobacco products and cannabis products and the consumption of cannabis products on all property owned by or under the control of the Town of Beacon Falls and the smoking of cannabis products in the outdoor sections of restaurants within the Town
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen for Town of Beacon Falls will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to consider adopting an ordinance prohibiting the smoking of tobacco products and cannabis products and the consumption of cannabis products on all property owned by or under the control of the Town of Beacon Falls and the smoking of cannabis products in the outdoor sections of restaurants within the Town.
