Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall Assembly Room located at 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

PZC Sponsored Zoning Text Amendment – request to amend Article VI of the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations by creating a Section 69.13 to establish a proposed floating Residential Industrial Transitional Zone.

Copies of the proposed text amendment are on file with the Beacon Falls Town Clerk, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT and online at https://www.beaconfalls-ct.org/planning-zoning-commission/pages/pending-applications.
