The Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 7:00 PM at Beacon Falls Town Hall, in the Assembly Room, located at 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

1. PZC-initiated amendment to the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations, amending Article VII by creating Section 78.3 to establish a six- month temporary and limited moratorium on cannabis establishments. This section has been proposed to provide the Commission with the time necessary to consider adoption of potential changes to the Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations pursuant to Section 8-2 of the Connecticut General Statutes.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received.

A copy of the proposed regulation amendment is on file for review in the Office of the Town Clerk, Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 during normal business hours.
