LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF BEACON FALLS

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

WEDNESDAY, JULY 6, 2022

Please be advised that the Beacon Falls Board of Selectmen will hold a Special Town Meeting of the electors and citizens of the Town of Beacon Falls, on Wednesday July 6, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M. in the Beacon Falls Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Ave, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to VOTE on the following:

“Shall the 8-24 Land Swap transaction, between the estate of Charles Edwards (the “Estate”) and the Town of Beacon Falls (the “Town”) be approved?”

Information on this land swap can be found in the Town Clerk’s office, located at 10 Maple Ave. Beacon Falls, CT 06403.
