NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a monthly meeting held on August 18, 2022, the Town of Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
ADOPTED: Text Amendment PZC-07212022-1-TA: Applicant submitted Text Amendment to the Town of Beacon Falls Planning & Zoning Commission to adopt revision of the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations for the building of 3 family homes. Effective Date: Thursday, September 15, 2022.
The above item was approved and is on file with the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall 10 Maple Avenue.
