At the Monthly Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Planning & Zoning Commission on December 16, 2021, the following decision was made:

The Commission voted to approve application PZC-09232021-1-SP/ Tri Tech Americas LLC /David H. Tepeck/ Property Owners:  June Rydzik & Terrance Murtha -Application for site plan approval of proposed multi-acre solar photovoltaic array to be located at 343 Lopus Road in Beacon Falls Connecticut. (Parcel Located at Assessor’s Map 7- Block 2- Lot 13), with conditions

Applications are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue.
