NOTICE OF DECISION

At a Special Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission on March 10, 2022, at 7:00 PM, the Commission voted to approve the following:

PZC-initiated amendments to the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations Article VII Section 78.3, updating the definitions and establishing a six-month temporary and limited moratorium. Effective March 11, 2022.

The approved amendments are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue
