The Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August18, 2022, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

PZC-07212022-1-TA –PZC initiated Text Amendment to revise the Town of Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations Residential Industrial Transition Zone: The following amendment is to Section 69.13.2 Subsection C to include the following addition: 1) To allow for the new construction of multi-unit residential properties up to 3 or 4 family residential units. 

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file for review in the Office of the Town Clerk, Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 during normal business hours.
