The Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 7:15 PM in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

Proposed Expert (Peer Review) Zoning Regulation Amendment: Proposed amendments to the Beacon Falls Zoning Regulations when additional expertise is required regarding complex land use applications.   

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file for review in the Office of the Town Clerk, Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 during normal business hours.
