The Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

PZC-08182022-1-SP 30 Lorraine Drive: Application for the resub division of 30 Lorraine Drive for the proposed building of five (5) residential lots.

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the proposed application/site plan is on file for review in the Office of the Town Clerk, Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 during normal business hours.
