BEACON FALLS, CT—Beacon Falls announces its 2023 Housing Loan Program. Funded by revolving funds from a prior year Small Cities grant from Connecticut's CDBG, the initiative targets Low- and Moderate-Income (LMI) households seeking to rehabilitate homes for better living standards and community growth. Bringing infrastructural improvements, neighborhood revitalization, and economic boost, the program aims to rehabilitate anywhere from 2 to 10 LMI homes in 2023.
