 ON-CALL TOWN-WIDE TREE SERVICES  

Beacon Falls is seeking statements of qualifications and bid proposals from qualified respondents to perform on-call town-wide tree services. This is a re-bid. Respondents must have demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to typical standards and requirements. Full ITB (with specifications) must be accessed through the Town’s Bonfire e-Procurement Portal here: https://tobfct.bonfirehub.com/portal and read by all respondents prior to submission. This ITB is also advertised at https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting via Zoom on February 22, 2021 at 2pm. All questions must be submitted within the Bonfire portal by February 24, 2021 at 4:00PM. Bid submission deadline is March 10, 2021 at 4:00PM. Late, e-mailed, faxed or in-person delivered bids will be rejected. Proposals will be honored for (90) business days from the date of electronic opening, without modification. Selected bidder shall be bound by the proposal price throughout the contract period.
