INLAND WETLANDS & WATERCOURSES COMMISSION

NOTICE OF DECISION

At a Special Meeting of the Town of Beacon Falls Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission on March 30, 2022, the following decision was made:

The Commission voted to approve Wetlands application A-2022-331 and Stormwater Management application SW-2022-032- Town of Beacon Falls Burton Road Rehabilitation Project, without requiring a public hearing, with suggested changes and additions to the standard conditions of approval.

The application and plans are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office in Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue.
