Class 3 - Bazaar Permit Application

Instructions 

 

1. Please complete the attached application and email it to inquiry@beaconfallsct.org. Send payment separately. Check payable to the Town of Beacon Falls

2. Must show proof of qualified non-profit organization.

3. Must submit the application 15 days prior to the start date of the bazaar.
