Raffle Permit Application
Instructions
1. Complete the application and attach a copy of the sample draft of the raffle ticket; email it to inquiry@beaconfallsct.org.
2. Must show proof of qualifying non-profit organization.
3. Check must be payable to the Town of Beacon Falls. Send check to 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403, with applicant contact information in the memo line.
Instructions Upon Completion of Raffle
1. Complete the verified raffle statement and email it to inquiry@beaconfallsct.org.
