The Beacon Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 to consider the following:

PZC Initiated Text Amendment to our current zoning regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units to align with the Connecticut State Statutes as amended or to opt-out by statutory requirements by 2/3 vote.  

At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the proposed text amendment is on file for review in the Office of the Town Clerk, Beacon Falls Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, Beacon Falls, CT 06403 during normal business hours.
