Letter of Zoning Compliance Request

Please fill out the below form to request a Letter of Zoning Compliance and email it to npastor@beaconfallsct.org.

There is a $75 fee you can send a check via mail or pay online (information below).

Please note there is a convenience fee associated with all credit card payments. If you plan to make a credit card payment, please contact the Town Hall (x181) to alert our staff to expect payment by credit card, so they can confirm receipt.

If the system asks you for an "Account Number" - please enter the street address of the project to ensure that the Town has the necessary paperwork to accompany your payment, so that it can be processed correctly.

Credit Card Fee – 2.5% ($2.00 minimum)

E-Check Flat Fee - $2.00

Visa Debit Fee - $3.95
